Head of Subsidiaries – Mexico and Brazil

We are seeking a Head of Subsidiaries to lead and manage our company’s operations in Mexico and Brazil. The selected candidate will play a key role in strategic coordination, monitoring commercial objectives, and strengthening the organisation’s international presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the activities of the subsidiaries in Mexico and Brazil.
  • Define, implement, and track the business strategy in both markets.
  • Coordinate local teams and ensure alignment with headquarters.
  • Control budgets, results, and key performance indicators.
  • Represent the company before institutions, clients, and strategic partners.


Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration and Management.
  • Proven experience in international management and team leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of Latin American markets, especially Mexico and Brazil.
  • Excellent command of Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Leadership ability, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
