We are seeking a Head of Subsidiaries to lead and manage our company’s operations in Mexico and Brazil. The selected candidate will play a key role in strategic coordination, monitoring commercial objectives, and strengthening the organisation’s international presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the activities of the subsidiaries in Mexico and Brazil.
- Define, implement, and track the business strategy in both markets.
- Coordinate local teams and ensure alignment with headquarters.
- Control budgets, results, and key performance indicators.
- Represent the company before institutions, clients, and strategic partners.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration and Management.
- Proven experience in international management and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Latin American markets, especially Mexico and Brazil.
- Excellent command of Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
- Leadership ability, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
