standard female terminals and 30% Less compared to UP TP SEK3 female terminals.
- Improved Terminal Box Mechanics – A redesigned reaction force mechanism reduces peak insertion force and ensures a smooth, progressive engagement.
- Validated Across Multiple Materials – Successfully tested on steel (4939J24) and brass (4939J) in natural, pre-tinned, and post-tinned finishes.
- Enhanced Robustness During Crimping – New design is immune to small deformations occurring during the crimping process, ensuring reliability.
- Full Compatibility – Works seamlessly with all TPSEK3 references (4935J, 4937J, 4941J, 4943J), existing stamping tools, crimping applicators, and with the existing Rast 5 RS5xxx connector family from 2 to 6 positions.
