To mark our 50th anniversary, we wanted to share this celebration with the people who are part of Escubedo’s day-to-day life. That is why we organised two very special events for our clients, employees and their families.
On the 17th, we welcomed our clients to Escubedo’s headquarters, where they had the opportunity to get a closer look at our facilities, the way we work and the journey we have made over the past 50 years. The day included guided tours, a screening of our 50th Anniversary documentary, a cultural visit to Girona and a gala dinner.
On the 19th, it was the turn of our employees and their families. We enjoyed a day of tours around the facilities, catering, children’s and family activities, a screening of the anniversary documentary and a raffle featuring 30 prizes, all of them products incorporating Escubedo terminals, including a washing machine, a fridge and a Thermomix. There were also awards, speeches and, of course, the traditional moment of blowing out the candles.
It was a pleasure to welcome Mr Jordi Xargay, Mayor of Palol de Revardit, who joined us for the celebration and shared a few words with everyone attending. At Escubedo, staying close to our surroundings and to the local community has always been an important part of the way we work and grow.
