At Escubedo, we continue to strengthen our laboratory infrastructure to meet the increasing reliability and validation demands of the automotive industry. As part of this commitment, we have incorporated a Vötsch VT 7012 S2 thermal shock test chamber into our in-house testing facilities.

This new equipment significantly expands our validation capabilities for automotive terminals and connectors, allowing us to perform demanding thermal shock tests with rapid temperature transitions ranging from -80 °C to +220 °C.

By reproducing extreme thermal conditions, the chamber helps us accelerate product validation processes, reinforce design verification and ensure long-term reliability under highly demanding automotive environments.

For our customers, this translates into shorter testing lead times, faster response to OEM requirements and increased confidence in the robustness and durability of our products throughout their service life.

In addition, the system supports validation programmes aligned with key automotive industry standards, including LV214, VW 75174 and BMW GS 95006.

At Escubedo, reliability is never taken for granted. It is tested, verified and validated.
